Citizens' Academy 2020 application is available for submission. 

Seven classes will be offered on Wednesdays from 6:00 to 9:00 pm, starting March 25th – May 6th, 2020. Two Saturday sessions will be scheduled.  Graduation will be held on May 13th. Class size is limited. Applications must be received by March 5, 2020.

   
 

Citizens’ Academy is a program designed to provide interested citizens, who either reside or work in the City of Puyallup, an opportunity to learn firsthand about the Puyallup Police Department. The purpose of the Citizens’ Academy is to increase the understanding between the department and the citizens of Puyallup through education to familiarize them with the various facets of the Puyallup Police Department and its role in the Criminal Justice system.
